Since graduating from hospitality school, I’ve built a career entirely within the tourism sector, starting at Valtur as a Receptionist in Egyptian villages and resorts during peak season. Driven by determination and curiosity, I progressed to coordinating teams in properties serving 5,000+ guests, honing fast, accurate decision-making under pressure. I then expanded my experience across Turkey and Italy before settling in Biella, where I work for one of the city’s leading hotels. I’m a back-office expert who streamlines processes—reservation management, reporting, supplier and OTA coordination—while staying sharply attentive to guest needs. This dual focus reduces operational load for on-site teams and keeps the customer experience front and center, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
